What we collect

From you: name, email and a contact phone number.

For your child: name and date of birth. The date is needed ONLY to check that the age suits the workshop.

For payments: amount, date and the Viva order code. We never see or store a card number.

Why we need it

To hold your place, to send confirmations, and for the business's tax obligations.

Who else sees it

Viva, for the payment. The email provider, so the messages arrive. The server that hosts the site.

We don't sell data and don't give it out for advertising.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies and uses no tracking tools. It keeps on your device only what it needs to work: your sign-in, the basket and your theme choice.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and delete your account from the settings.

How long it is kept

As long as our relationship needs it, and then as long as the law requires for tax records.
